Great room, great location, great staff.
One of the desk staff, Ashley, was very helpful! She was super friendly, very enthusiastic, and considerate. She helped us to take care of our luggage, and was very helpful in scheduling a taxi for us to the airport. Amazing customer service, by far the most friendly staff I've met recently. 10/10 P.s. loved the complimentary snacks and drinks, and the staff there were all great, including the cleaning staff. Beds were comfy

Good location, nice loft apartment
All was good. Loft room is good, I booked the apartment for my mum as she was traveling out of Melbourne interstate. She liked it so much that I have booked a night here for myself to have a shopping day in the city!

Good
Fantastic location and great size for a couple. Right across the road from Myer and Emporium which was helpful. Great access to the free trams around the city as well as walking distance to China Town!
There is a bit of street noise overnight and a few nights the bins are collected from the street which woke us up between 4-5am as the rubbish trucks have a very loud reversing noise. Rooms were clean enough but not super clean.
